How do I update my profile?
Open Settings to change your name, photo, email or password. Keeping your profile current helps the hosts and drivers you charge with recognize you.
How do I manage my vehicles?
Add, edit or remove vehicles from your profile. Each vehicle stores its connector type so the map can keep showing you only chargers that fit.
How do I manage notifications?
Choose which booking, session and payout updates you receive in your notification settings, so you only hear from VoltShare about the things you care about.
How do I delete my account?
You can close your account from Settings once you have no active bookings or pending payouts. If you need a hand, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
