Payments & payouts

Hosts set their own rate per kWh, so you'll see a range across the map. You pay only for the energy delivered plus a small flat service fee — shown in full before you book. There are no idle fees or minimums.

We authorize your card when you book and capture the final amount after the session ends, based on the energy actually delivered. If you charge less than estimated, you pay less.

Payouts run through Stripe and arrive weekly by direct deposit to the bank account you connect during onboarding. Your dashboard shows each session’s earnings and your next payout date.

Drivers pay a small flat service fee per booking, and hosts keep the majority of each session minus a small platform fee. Every fee is shown before money changes hands — there are no surprise charges.

If a session fails through no fault of your own — the charger won't start, or it wasn't as described — report it and we'll refund any energy charge you didn't receive. Reach [email protected] if something still looks wrong.
