Who can see my home address?
As a host, your charger shows only as an approximate area on the map. The precise address and any access notes are shared with a driver only after they confirm a booking.
How are members verified?
Both drivers and hosts verify their identity before they can book or host. Combined with two-way reviews, that keeps the community trustworthy on both sides of every session.
How do I report a problem or a member?
Use the report option on a trip or listing, or email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and we'll follow up — serious issues can lead to a member being removed from VoltShare.
